I remember I movie that I think it was "Dr. Jekill and Mr. Hyde ride again" with Gerrit Graham. A comedy about a doctor who becames a modern hyde when he "sniffed" some drug who is crazy, sex maniac, ammong other things. There was also something about an old rich guy who was looking for a penis operation. I don't find that movie on IMDB nor in Gerrit's filmography....
Maybe I have th wrong name....

Finaly found a photo from Graham...
He is the blond guy in the middle. He made a lot of movies during late 70's and the 80's.

The movie you're describing sounds like "Jekyll and Hyde... Together Again" which came out in 82. The star was a guy named Mark Blankfield who was a cast member of that Saturday Night Live rip off, "Fridays". I think that's what you're thinking of.
